Late Cancellation/No show Fee

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment please let us know at least 24hrs prior to appointment/session. Unfortunately, without this notice, you will be subject to a $50.00 late cancellation/no show fee.

Inclement Weather

If there is inclement weather, that your therapist feels may be too dangerous to travel in then your appointment may have to be re-scheduled. Give us a call or email us if you have questions or your therapist hasn't reached out to you.

Court Policy

There is a $50 documentation request fee-to be paid by client with the card on file. Documentation will not be released without a signed release of information and until payment has processed.For information regarding our court policy give us a call.
